Clymer's Ultra Desert Rifles sells firearms only in accordance with Federal, State, and Local firearm laws. We can ship a firearm to any Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL Dealer) with the United States to handle the ownership transfer. This can be your local gun shop, pawn shop, or any other location that holds a current valid FFL. Most dealers charge a nominal fee for this service. If you need us to ship your firearm, you must complete the following steps before we can process your order:
Federal law prevents us from shipping firearms directly to individuals without a valid FFL, but we can ship them to an FFL dealer (gun shop, pawn shop, etc.) Your will need to locate a FFL dealer to handle the transfer of the firearm. If you need help finding a dealer in your area, you can call us at 215-538-2816. Call us and we will fax our FFL Transfer Form.
Have your dealer mail a signed copy their valid FFL and the FFL Transfer Form to:

When ALL the above steps have been completed and we have received the signed copy of the original FFL, we will process your order and send the firearm to your valid FFL for transfer.
Once your dealer receives the firearm, you will fill out all the necessary paperwork with your dealer and pick up your gun.
You DO NOT need an FFL to purchase ammunition online, however you do need proof of age.
